The Philippine Embassy in Ankara and the Philippine Consulate General in Istanbul invite Filipinos in Turkey to an Online Financial Literacy Session on Retail Treasury Bonds (RTBs) Tranche 26 by the Bureau of Treasury on Sunday, 21 November 2021 at 10 AM, Turkey time.

RTBs are fixed-income securities that guarantee the holder quarterly interest payments, computed with a fixed interest rate per annum, over a period of 5.5 years (for Tranche 26).  The RTBs are low-risk and affordable savings investments and yield higher interest compared to savings accounts and term deposits.  These bonds are issued to raise funds relative to the country’s emergency response, and attainment of economic recovery and resiliency.
