All Filipino Overseas Voters registered at the Philippine Embassy in Turkey whose names are included in the attached list have been identified by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) with incomplete addresses or with addresses c/o the Embassy. (Please see list.)
COMELEC’s guidelines for the updating/correction of incomplete addresses are subject of OFOV-2022-0419 dated 14 March 2022. The same guidelines also apply to registered voters who wish to receive their ballots in their new/current postal addresses.

- Copy of data page of valid Philippine Passport
- Proof of Address (utility bills, or any document or ID showing the correct address)
- Duly-accomplished Overseas Voting Form 1 (OVF1) (Please click link for a copy of the form, download and print)
In addition, per COMELEC Resolution No. 10750, the mailing packets containing the ballots and voting instructions may also be picked up by the voters themselves from the COMELEC’s deputized officials of the Special Ballot Reception and Custody Group (SBRCG) at the Philippine Embassy in Ankara or such other designated areas to be announced by the Embassy with COMELEC’s approval.
For overseas voters registered at the Philippine Embassy in Ankara who wish to PERSONALLY PICK-UP their ballots from the Embassy, please contact the Embassy via email This email address is being protected from spambots.
