Further to Overseas Voting Announcement No. 05-2022 on the Distribution of Ballots for the 2022 National Elections, the Embassy is implementing POSTAL VOTING for Filipinos in the COMELEC’s Certified List of Overseas Voters for Turkey, Azerbaijan, and Georgia.

All ballots have been delivered to the COMELEC-registered addresses of the registered overseas voters or at their updated addresses, following COMELEC guidelines on change of address.
Voters should read carefully the VOTING INSTRUCTIONS inside the mailing packets. It is important to sign 1) the ballot coupon AND 2) the ballot envelope.
Unsigned ballot coupons and/or envelopes are considered INVALID ballots. Attached is COMELEC’s step-by-step Postal Voting Guide for Overseas Voters using the Manual Official RETURNED BALLOTS
As of 21 April 2022, there are two-hundred forty-nine (249) mailing packets that were returned to the Embassy, including those with incomplete addresses. Attached is the list of returned ballots.
THREE OPTIONS FOR VOTERS TO RECEIVE THEIR BALLOTS:
- Voters who would like their ballots to be mailed to their new addresses should submit the following to the Embassy via email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or WhatsApp/Viber at +905345772344:
- Complete name, address, and phone number
- Copy of passport
- Proof of address (utility bills, etc.)
- Duly-accomplished OVF1 (attached)
OR:
- Voters may personally claim their ballots at the Embassy which is open from Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM and Saturday and Sunday, 10:00AM to 4:00PM.

FOR TURKEY: Bring the return envelope containing the filled-out ballot to any branch of MNG Kargo, a courier service. Provide the Code: 702875028 to MNG. MNG Kargo will send the filled-out ballots to the Embassy free-of-charge to the voter.
Voters may also personally hand carry their filled-out ballots back to the Embassy which will be open from Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 10 April to 09 May 2022 at 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM to receive the filled-out ballots.
Voters may also return their ballots during the Embassy’s consular missions in Adana, Hatay and Antalya at the aforementioned dates.
FOR AZERBAIJAN: Voters may pick up and hand carry their ballots during the consular mission on 23 – 24 April 2022 at Holiday Inn Baku.
Voters may also send the return envelope containing the ballot to the Embassy. Afterwards, send an email to the Embassy (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) and attach a copy of the receipt of your mailing transactions, passport copy, and your bank account details for reimbursement.
