26 February 2019 - The Philippine Embassy in Turkey deployed a consular team to Istanbul, Turkey on 23 to 24 February 2019 and extended services to over 300 Filipino nationals in Istanbul, summarized as follows:

• 181 Passport services: 4 new passports processed; 104 passports renewed; 3 passports extended; 1 lost passport; 2 travel documents prepared; and 67 passports released
• 54 Embassy ID registration services: 26 Embassy ID applications received; 28 Embassy IDs' released
• 61 Notarization services: 26 documents authenticated; 35 documents acknowledged
• 5 Civil Registration services: 4 Reports of Birth processed, incl. Affidavits related to illegitimate children; 1 Report of Marriage reported
• 4 NBI applications processed; and 
• 2 ATN cases.
