IZMIR, 12 December 2022 — The Philippine Embassy in Ankara presented a Certificate of Recognition to Consul General, a.h. Ender Yorgancılar during the consular mission in Izmir on 09 December 2022.

“For the past 15 years, Mr. Yorgancılar has provided invaluable services in enhancing the relations between the Philippines and Türkiye,” said Ambassador Maria Elena P. Algabre during the awarding ceremony. “He has also helped protect and promote the rights of overseas Filipinos in Izmir and the nearby provinces.” She continued.

The Certificate of Recognition was given by the Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs to Mr. Yorgancılar for his 15 years of loyal and dedicated service to the Department and the Filipino community.

Mr. Yorgancılar was initially appointed as Consul, a.h. in 2007 and in 2014, he was appointed as Consul General, a.h.

The Philippine Consulate in Izmir, headed by Consul General, a.h. Ender Yorgancılar, has consular jurisdiction over Izmir and the provinces of Afyonkarahisar, Aydın, Denizli, Kütahya, Manisa, Muğla, and Uşak.##
